Cancellation Policy
Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required for service. Late arrivals will be given a 15-minute grace period before the appointment is canceled. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations, or a 25% charge will be incurred. No shows will also be charged 25% of the service fee..
